Avocado Butter
Ingredients
½ cup softened butter
½ cup mashed avocado
4 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
½ tsp garlic salt
Directions
Whip the butter with an electric mixer in small bowl until soft and creamy. Beat in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to serve. The butter will hold about 1 hour.
