Lynn's Eggnog
Ingredients
¾ cup sugar
12 eggs, separated
1 pint bourbon
2 cups heavy cream, whipped
Directions
Slowly add the sugar to the egg yolks. Beat until very stiff and white.
Stir the egg whites until stiff.
Stir the bourbon into the yolk mixture.
Mix in the cream and the egg whites.
Chill until served.
Better the second day.
Makes 12 servings.
