Cat Island Rum Punch
“Sharon and Mark’s honeymoon celebration at the Fernandez Bay Resort.”
Ingredients
Equal parts, approximately half bottle each of
Light rum
Dark rum
Coconut rum
Pineapple rum
Can add mango rum or raspberry rum, if available
Pineapple juice, a honkin’ big can, 42 oz or so
Pink grapefruit-tangerine juice, to fill out jug
Orange juice, if desired
Directions
Get a gallon jug and start with the rum. Add the pineapple juice. Then fill with other juices and mix. Chill.
Serve in a glass with lots of ice.
