Lynn's Blue Cheese Crumble

 
Bring a tub on a picnic for yummy dipping with crackers, bread or even chips. Leftovers make a great salad dressing by adding more oil and vinegar.
 
 

Ingredients

8 oz. crumbled bleu cheese

½ cup chopped red onion

½ cup chopped parsley

2-3 cloves garlic, chopped

½ cup olive oil

¼ cup vineger -- red wine, balsamic or combination

2 Tbsp lemon juice

cracked black pepper

 

Directions

Sprinkle bleu cheese in a dish (quiche size works well)

Heap on the onion, parsley and garlic. (Lynn chops in food processor)

Crack pepper on top

Drizzle with oil, vinegar and lemon mixture
