Liz Rea's Zucchini Torta
Ingredients
8 raw zucchini, grated
3 or 4 eggs
Onion
½ cup olive oil
Garlic
Italian seasoning
Salt
Bread crumbs
Directions
Osterize eggs, onions, oil, garlic and spices. Pour over grated zucchini and mix well. Add bread crumbs to right consistency. Bake at 350 degrees until set.
