Pea Salad

Ingredients

1 10 oz. package petite peas, thawed

5 green onions, chopped

½ cup chopped celery

1 can chopped water chestnuts (optional)

⅔ cups sour cream

3 slices cooked bacon

1 ¼ tsp curry powder

1 tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

½ cup cashews

Directions

Defrost peas, drain. Mix ingredients except nuts. Put in cashews at the last minute so they don’t get soggy.
