Cauliflower Cheese

Ingredients

½ cauliflower

1 tsp butter

¾ Tbsp flour

1 cup milk

1 Tbsp grated cheese

salt and pepper

 

 

 

 

Directions

Heat salted water in a pan 1/3 full. When it boils add cauliflower and boil for 10 minutes or until tender.

Make white sauce in a small pan over a low heat. Melt butter, stir in flour, gradually add milk stirring all the time. When it thickens, add most of the cheese. Cook gently for 5 minutes.

Drain cauliflower and add to sauce, cook for 4 more minutes.

Sprinkle with remaining cheese and serve.
