Churros
Ingredients
½ tsp salt
3 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp butter
2 cups water
2 cups flour
2 eggs
Cinnamon
Sugar
Directions
Heat salt, sugar, butter and water until boiling.
Mix flour into boiling water. Stir over low heat until dough balls up in center. Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes.
Mix eggs, one at a time.
Put dough in pastry bag and squeeze through No. 5 star tip about 4 or 5 inches long.
Fry in deep fat at 375 degrees for about 3 minutes.
Roll in cinnamon and sugar or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
