Malikihiki Mai Tai Punch

This punch recipe was clipped from the newspaper and in Grandma Marie’s recipe box.
 
 

Ingredients

1 cup light rum

1 cup dark rum

½ cup Cointreau

⅓ cup lime juice

1 can (46 oz.) pineapple juice

Ice cubes

Fresh pineapple spears

Mint sprigs

 

 

Directions

Combine liquid ingredients.

Just before serving, fill 12 large glasses with ice or just a punch bowl. Add punch.

Garnish with pineapple spears and a mint sprig. Serve at once.
