Garrett's Barbecued Flank Steak

Ingredients

1 flank steak, about 1 ½ pounds

Marinade

¼ cup soy sauce

3 Tbsp honey

2 Tbsp wine vinegar

1 ½ tsp garlic powder

1 ½ tsp ground ginger

¾ cup salad oil

1 finely chopped green onion

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Directions

Mix soy, honey and vinegar and blend in garlic powder and ginger. Add oil and green onion. Place meat in small pan (or Ziploc bag) and pour in marinade. Let stand 4 hours or longer; overnight is best.

Barbecue over glowing coals about 5 minutes on each side for medium rare.
